cakesbywendi: Cakes by Wendi is owned by Chef Wendi Carroll graduated with honors from The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. She has also had the great opportunity to study with Chef Jean Claude Sanchez in Warwick, NY. In 2013 She established the bakery at Sycamore Farm Stand. Most recipes she was able to use Sycamore's wonderful produce in the baked goods. she is now currently the baker/ key holder at Laura's Sweets Specialty Bake Shoppe in Sugar Loaf.
